Just sharing with my followers some helpful advice on how to stay safe in case you missed the other “Background Check Checklist” posts!

• Google the first things you have access to - reverse image search profile pictures and screen names/emails/usernames (*Google and TinEye Reverse Image Search: Save his photos to your computer, go to images.google.com and upload the photo to search it. Same with TinEye. Image searches only work on non-flipped photos so if you’re not getting any hits then flip the pic on your computer picture preview software and try again)
• If you have his real name — google it. 
  Then google it along with the city he says he’s from.
• Trace IP’s through emails - this is a really great site I’ve used before.
• Run his email address through various social networking sites. I recommend Facebook, Tumblr, Yelp, and LinkedIn
• Use sites like Spokeo and White Pages to trace phone numbers — sugarbabynikki has an upgraded Spokeo account and has stated tons of times that she’s more than willing to help out fellow SB’s with background checks — she even helped me out with finding info out on an ex-POT!
• “If you know where he works check the website for his company and take a look at the employee rosters” - great idea from East Coast sugar!
• Check the SD database for profile #’s/usernames — SeekingSweetly has instructions on her blog that list how to gain access!
