I don’t know if I mentioned but, after workouts with Trainer (Mon-Wed) or three days a week, I do an hour of cardio after each session now. So instead of doing cardio on the days I don’t weight train; I add it in addition to my training sessions, so I’m working out 6-7 days a week (depending on if I want a day off or not).
I will be changing my diet and it will be extremely strict! No dairy, low-no carbs, (no fruit) and no packaged lunch meat, and 80 - 120 oz of water a day. That’s in the week to come (after I get my allowance - I’m going grocery shopping: chicken breast, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes). I’ll make a list of it!
